Job Title: Field Executive – Collections (Banking Process)

Location: Kapra, ECIL.
Experience: Fresher / Experienced
Qualification: Minimum 10th / 12th / Any Graduation

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Field Executive – Collections to handle on-field recovery activities for banking products. The candidate will be responsible for visiting customers, collecting dues, and ensuring timely recovery as per bank policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit assigned customers in the field for collection of pending dues.

• Collect EMI payments for banking products such as personal loans, credit cards, two-wheeler loans, etc.

• Explain outstanding amounts and payment options clearly to customers.

• Ensure daily collection targets are met.

• Deposit collected cash/cheques as per company process.

• Update daily collection status and customer feedback to the team leader.

• Follow bank guidelines and maintain professional behavior with customers.

• Handle customer queries and resolve basic issues during visits.

Skills & Requirements:

• Good communication skills.

• Basic knowledge of banking/collection process is an advantage.

• Willingness to travel within assigned area.

• Ability to handle customers politely and firmly.

• Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.

• Smartphone mandatory for reporting.
