Key Responsibilities
Calendar Management: Scheduling appointments, board meetings, and conferences.
Communication & Correspondence: Screening calls, handling emails, and managing inquiries on behalf of the executive.
Administrative Support: Drafting reports, preparing presentations, and maintaining records

Travel Arrangements: Coordinating, booking, and managing logistics for travel.
Confidentiality: Managing sensitive company information with discretion.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience: Generally 6 months
in a related administrative or secretarial role.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management tools.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Organization: Strong multitasking and time-management skills.
Education: High school diploma required; a degree in business administration is often preferred.
