We are looking for a Leasing Executive to handle the renting of builder floors/flats in Gurgaon. The role involves generating leads, coordinating site visits, negotiating rental terms, and closing lease deals while maintaining strong relationships with property owners and tenants.
Key Responsibilities:
Source tenants for builder flats and close rental deals
Coordinate and conduct property site visits
Negotiate rent, lease terms, and finalize agreements
Maintain updated listings and client records
Ensure smooth documentation and handover
Requirements:
Experience in residential leasing (preferred)
Good communication and negotiation skills
Knowledge of Gurgaon sectors and rental market
Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach
