Job Summary
The Client Service Executive will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring seamless communication, and delivering high-quality service to meet client expectations. This role involves coordinating with clients, addressing their queries, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
Manage client inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally via email, phone, or in-person meetings.
Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., operations, verification, and HR) to ensure timely delivery of services.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, service agreements, and project statuses using CRM tools.
Prepare and share regular reports on client account status, service delivery, and feedback.
Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services to enhance client engagement.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in all client interactions.
Contribute to process improvements to enhance client experience and operational efficiency.
Qualifications and Skills
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in client servicing, customer support, or a related role (freshers with strong communication skills may be considered).
Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under tight deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Problem-solving skills with a client-centric approach.
Knowledge of background verification or HR services is an advantage but not a mandate.
Attributes: Proactive, detail-oriented, team player, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment
Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat (on-site).
Work Hours: Standard business hours with occasional flexibility for client meetings or deadlines.
Travel: Minimal, as required for client meetings within Ahmedabad.
