Job Role – Customer Support Executive (Non-Voice)

Join a leading customer support team and assist customers through digital communication channels. This role involves handling customer queries and providing timely resolutions through chat and email platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via web chat, email, and chat platforms.

Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer concerns.

Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.

Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions.

Meet productivity and quality targets set by the organization.

Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification: Graduate (Any Discipline)

Experience: 1–2 Years in Non-Voice Customer Support

Age: 18–30 Years

Experience in Chat Support, Email Support, or Web Chat Processes preferred.

Language Requirement

Excellent English Communication Skills (Written & Verbal)

Salary Package

₹17,000 per month
