The role involves handling customer interactions, resolving queries efficiently, and delivering an excellent customer experience. Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer interactions via chat in a professional and timely manner

• Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns with a problem-solving approach

• Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customers

• Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups

• Escalate complex issues to the relevant departments when required

• Ensure high customer satisfaction and quick resolution of issues

• Meet key performance metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in any discipline

• Good written communication skills

• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply

Job Requirements

• Ability to handle customer queries efficiently

• Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills

• Basic computer knowledge and typing proficiency

• Willingness to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts if required)

• Comfortable working 6 days a week

Salary & Benefits

• Fresher: ₹13,000 + ₹1,000 (in-hand)

• Experienced: ₹14,000 + ₹1,000 (in-hand)

• Night shift allowance

• Salary hike after 6 months and 1 year
