💼 Job Overview

We are looking for talented and customer-focused Chat Support Executives to join our team at Magnum Group. The role involves handling customer queries through chat, providing timely solutions, and delivering an excellent customer experience.

💰 Salary

• Freshers: ₹13,000 + ₹1,000

• Experienced: ₹14,000 + ₹1,000

• Salary hike after 6 months & 1 year

• Night Shift Allowance applicable

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries and concerns professionally through chat.

• Provide accurate information and timely solutions to customers.

• Resolve complaints with a problem-solving approach.

• Maintain proper records of customer interactions and follow-ups.

• Escalate complex issues to the concerned department when required.

• Achieve key performance metrics such as response time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rate.

• Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth customer support.

📋 Job Requirements

• Qualification: Graduate

• Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

• Good written and verbal communication skills.

• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

• Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.

• Willingness to work in rotational/night shifts.

• Candidates should be comfortable working from office.
