Job Description:

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for a Banking Chat Process. The selected candidates will be responsible for handling customer queries through live chat, ensuring timely, accurate, and professional responses while maintaining high service quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries via live chat related to banking products and services

• Assist customers with account-related inquiries, transactions, and general information

• Ensure compliance with banking policies, data security, and confidentiality standards

• Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions

• Meet defined productivity, quality, and turnaround time targets

• Escalate complex issues to the concerned department when required

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum qualification: Graduate / Undergraduate (as per process requirement)

• Excellent written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)

• Basic knowledge of banking concepts preferred

• Good typing speed and accuracy

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
