Job Description:

Teleperformance is hiring Email Support Executives to handle customer queries through email and chat channels. The role requires excellent written communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused approach to deliver timely and accurate resolutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Resolve customer queries and complaints via Email and Chat.

• Draft clear, professional, and grammatically accurate responses.

• Maintain high-quality customer service standards and customer satisfaction.

• Accurately document customer interactions and update records.

• Escalate unresolved concerns to relevant teams when required.

• Meet SLA, TAT, and productivity targets consistently.

Eligibility Criteria

🎓 Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate

💼 Experience:

• 6 Months to 2 Years of experience in Email Support, Chat Support, Customer Service, or Non-Voice Process.

• Freshers with excellent written English skills may also be considered.

Languages Required

• English: Excellent Written & Verbal Communication (B2/C1 Level)

• Regional language proficiency in Hindi,Kannada, Telugu,Tamil, Malayalam will be an added advantage.

Shift Details

🕒 Rotational Shifts
📅 6 Days Working
🏖️ 1 Rotational Week Offs

💰 Salary: ₹20,000 in-hand | ₹25,000 CTC
