cause of the issue and take appropriate steps to resolve it effectively and

efficiently. This may involve coordinating with other teams or departments within

the organization.

● Product/Service Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the

organization's products or services.Ability to use support tools such as freshdesk.

● Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships

with customers. Ensure a friendly, professional, and empathetic approach while

interacting with customers to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

● Escalation Handling: Handle escalated customer issues or complaints

effectively by providing appropriate solutions or escalating them to the relevant

department or higher management when necessary. Monitor and follow up on

escalated cases to ensure timely resolution.

● Quality Assurance: Adhere to defined quality standards, guidelines, and SLAs

while handling customer inquiries or resolving issues. Strive to achieve and

maintain high customer satisfaction ratings and meet or exceed performance

metrics or targets set by the organization.
