Position: Customer Service Executive
Process: Kotak Securities
Process Type: Blended – Email | Chat | Voice
Location: Airoli – Reliable Tech Park
Experience: Freshers & Experienced Candidates
Employment Type: Full-Time
Eligibility Criteria
Graduation is mandatory.
Versant Level 5 required.
Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Candidates should be willing to work in rotational shifts.
Shift Timing
Any 9-hour shift between 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Weekly rotational off between Saturday and Sunday.
Salary Package
Freshers:
₹21,000 In-Hand
₹26,100 CTC
Experienced:
₹23,000 In-Hand
₹28,100 CTC
Salary Date: 5th of every month
Job Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through voice, email, and chat.
Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customer queries.
Maintain excellent customer service standards.
Follow process guidelines and meet defined quality and productivity targets.
Ensure proper documentation and timely escalation of customer issues.
