Job Summary:
We are looking for a Semi Voice Process Executive to handle broadband plan activations, KYC verification, and customer email support. The role involves limited outbound calling along with backend and email-based communication to ensure smooth customer onboarding and issue resolution.
📝 Key Responsibilities:
📞 Voice Support (Limited Calling)
Contact customers for broadband plan confirmation and activation.
Assist customers with plan details, pricing, and benefits.
Follow up on pending documents or incomplete KYC.
Handle basic customer queries over phone.
📄 KYC Verification
Verify customer documents (ID proof, address proof).
Ensure compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.
Update and maintain accurate customer records in CRM.
Escalate discrepancies or suspicious cases to supervisors.
📧 Email & Backend Support
Respond to customer emails regarding plan activation and service queries.
Coordinate with internal teams for activation status.
Maintain SLA timelines for email responses.
Update ticketing systems with proper case notes.
🎓 Required Qualifications:
Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate (Any Stream)
Basic knowledge of broadband services is preferred.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
💻 Required Skills:
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling).
Typing speed: 25–30 WPM preferred.
Attention to detail for KYC verification.
Customer-centric approach.
