We are hiring Email Support Executives for handling backend and customer service operations related to IPRU(ICICI Prudential Life Insurance). This is a non-voice, email-based role ideal for candidates with strong written communication and basic computer skills.
Respond to customer queries and service requests via email professionally and accurately
Coordinate with internal departments to resolve policy, claims, or payment-related issues
Document interactions using CRM/ticketing tools
Meet TAT (Turnaround Time) and quality standards for email responses
Follow company SOPs, compliance, and data privacy guidelines
Education: Graduate Freshers or HSC + 6 month experienced candidates can apply
Skills:
Good written English and grammar
Typing speed of at least 30 WPM
Basic MS Office / email handling knowledge
Experience in BPO/Insurance/Banking email support is a plus
Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines
Customer-first attitude
