We are looking for a candidate for US-Based First Party Collections Process (BREAD) to join our team . This role involves handling calls to resolve outstanding balances, providing exceptional customer support, and addressing queries and concerns. The role offers ₹15000 - ₹32000 based on last drawn and variable Incentive-3k=2k=1k (Performance + Attendance) and a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct soft collections via calls to resolve outstanding balances
Handle customer calls in a professional and efficient manner adhering to company policies
Achieve monthly collection targets while maintaining quality standards
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups
Provide timely and relevant information to customers to resolve their issue
Meet performance targets, including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution rates
Eligibility:
The minimum qualification for this role is HSC/Grad freshers and above can apply, BPO experience preferred,
SSC with 1 year of BPO experience can also apply.
Excellent English communication skills.
Ability to manage stress in a challenging environment.

Shift Timing: 5:30 PM - 10:30 AM(rotational 9 hour shift)
Week Off: 2 rotational offs
