Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students (and parents, where applicable) on educational programs, career options, and study pathways.

• Assist students in selecting the right course and institution based on their academic background, interests, and career aspirations.

• Conduct workshops, seminars, and one-on-one sessions on career guidance, study skills, and personal development.

• Keep up to date with changes in education systems, policies, and international study options.

• Achieve enrolment or counselling targets as set by management.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Psychology, Counselling, or a related field.

• Proven experience (1–3 years) in academic counselling, student advisory, or admissions.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

• Empathy, patience, and a genuine interest in helping students succeed.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (preferred).

• Knowledge of local and international education systems is an advantage.
