The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer relationship management, lead generation, inside sales, or a similar role. Strong communication skills, computer proficiency, and a passion for generating and nurturing leads are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new business leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.

Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions, products, or services.

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback efficiently and professionally.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and satisfactory resolution of customer issues.

Drive customer retention and satisfaction through proactive engagement.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using CRE software.

Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize sales potential.

Meet and exceed lead generation and sales targets.

Stay updated on industry trends, company products, and services.

Key Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in lead generation, customer relationship management, inside sales, or a related field.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with potential clients.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.

Ability to research, identify, and connect with potential customers.
