Job Description – Domestic Voice Process Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Domestic Voice Process Executives to handle inbound and outbound customer interactions. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to provide outstanding customer service while achieving performance targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and/or outbound calls professionally.

• Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information.

• Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service requests promptly.

• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication.

• Update customer information and call details accurately in the CRM system.

• Escalate complex issues to the concerned team when required.

• Meet daily productivity, quality, and attendance targets.

• Follow company policies, processes, and compliance guidelines.
  

Required Skills

• Good verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or regional language.

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Problem-solving and active listening skills.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Eligibility Criteria

• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

• Minimum qualification: HSC (12th Pass), Graduate, or equivalent (as per company requirement).

• Good communication and customer handling skills are mandatory.

• Comfortable working from the office.
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience in BPO, Customer Support, Telecalling, or Voice Process.

• Knowledge of CRM or ticketing tools is an added advantage.
