Hiring: Dietitian – Patient Engagement Expert / Healthcare Coach

🕒 Work Schedule: 9-hour shift between 9:30 AM and 7:30 PM
📅 Weekly Off: One rotational day off

Job Overview

We are looking for compassionate and skilled Dietitians for the role of Patient Engagement Expert / Healthcare Coach. The role involves interacting with patients, understanding their health concerns, providing appropriate guidance, and coordinating with healthcare teams to support their care journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with patients over calls to understand their health status and medical needs.

• Provide patient counselling and guide them towards appropriate healthcare services.

• Offer basic guidance related to diet management and health conditions.

• Maintain accurate patient records and update information in the designated portal.

• Coordinate with hospitals and healthcare teams to ensure timely assistance.

• Maintain patient confidentiality and ensure a positive patient experience.

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: Dietitian.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good understanding of diet management and basic medical conditions.

• Empathetic, patient-focused approach.

• Good documentation and data-entry skills.

• Ability to handle sensitive patient information confidentially.
