Job Description – Desktop Support Executive

Position: Desktop Support Engineer / Executive
Location: Vashi
Experience: Minimum 6 Months
Qualification: Any Graduate
Salary: ₹30,000
Shift: Night Shift
Additional Benefit: Travelling Allowance Provided

Job Responsibilities:

Provide technical support to employees for desktop, laptop and other IT-related issues.
Install, configure and troubleshoot computer hardware and software.
Resolve issues related to Windows OS, MS Office, printers and peripherals.
Troubleshoot LAN, internet and basic network connectivity issues.
Handle IT support requests and resolve technical problems within the given timeline.
Maintain records of technical issues and their resolutions.
Perform basic system maintenance and updates.

Required Skills:

Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software.
Knowledge of Windows operating systems.
Basic understanding of networking (LAN, Wi-Fi, IP configuration).
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Willingness to work in night shifts.

Eligibility:

Any Graduate can apply.
Minimum 6 months of relevant experience in Desktop Support.
Comfortable working in night shifts.
