The role involves handling digital insurance claim verification and investigation. Candidates will be responsible for interacting with customers/patients through phone calls and video calls, asking relevant questions, collecting and verifying claim-related information and documents, understanding the circumstances of the claim, and preparing accurate reports based on the investigation.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct digital claim verification and investigation
• Communicate with customers/patients through calls and video calls
• Ask relevant questions and collect accurate information
• Verify claim-related documents and details
• Identify discrepancies or missing information
• Record and update case details accurately
• Prepare proper investigation/verification reports
• Maintain professional communication throughout the process

Candidate Requirements:
• Female candidates only
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
• Basic computer knowledge is required
• Good communication and questioning skills
• Ability to handle customer interactions professionally
• Good observation and attention to detail
• Candidates who can communicate in multiple languages will have an added advantage

Work Options:
• Full-Time and Part-Time positions available
