Job Role
We are looking for Customer Care Executives for the OYO Inbound Process. The candidate will handle inbound calls from customers and assist them with hotel bookings, queries, and sales support.
Roles & Responsibilities
Handle incoming customer calls related to hotel bookings and services.
Provide accurate information about hotel availability, pricing, and offers.
Assist customers in booking rooms and completing reservations.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable hotel options.
Maintain professional communication with customers at all times.
Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving queries effectively.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Update call details and booking information in the system.
Eligibility Criteria
Qualification: Higher Secondary (H.S) or above
Experience: Freshers and Experienced candidates both can apply
Age Limit: Up to 32 years
Languages Required:
Hindi – Fluent
English – Basic / Average communication
Good communication and convincing skills
Shift Timing
Fixed & Rotational Shifts (24×7 Process)
9 Hours Shift including 1 Hour Break
Gender
Male / Female both can apply
Additional Requirements
Candidate must be comfortable with Work From Office.
