Key Responsibilities:
Have a good understanding of call centre technology to be able to identify and fix technical issues.
Assist and support the centre staff to provide the best customer service.
Discuss targets with the call centre manager and relay those to the team.
As a team leader, you must ensure all team members adhere to the working protocols.
Typically, that can be done with call monitoring and addressing performance issues, if there are any.
Job Requirement:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 6months to 2yrs of experience. The role involves resolving customer complaints, providing right information and escalating complex problems to the relevant department when needed.
