We are hiring Customer Support Specialists for our US Healthcare process at Wagle Estate, Thane West. The role involves handling calls from US patients and providers, resolving queries, and supporting claims and billing-related requests.

Job Details

  • Location: Wagle Estate, Thane West

  • Job Type: Full-Time

  • Shift: Rotational shifts (24/7), no midnight shifts

  • Working Days: 5 days working + 2 rotational week-offs

  • Salary: Up to ₹40,000 in-hand (depends on last drawn salary)

  • Transportation: Not provided by the company

Responsibilities

  • Handle high-volume calls and resolve customer queries

  • Support patients and providers with claims and billing questions

  • Multitask across systems while keeping accurate records

  • Meet quality and performance targets

Eligibility

  • HSC / Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in US healthcare customer service

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication

  • Strong problem-solving and customer service skills

  • Willingness to work rotational US shifts

Preferred Experience

  • Medical billing

  • Claims processing

  • Provider and patient support

  • Revenue cycle management

  • Prior BPO / healthcare support experience
