Role Overview
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive who can effectively communicate with clients, provide timely assistance, maintain strong customer relationships, and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Address customer queries, concerns, and service requests.
- Follow up with existing clients and maintain regular communication.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure prompt issue resolution.
- Maintain and update customer records in CRM systems.
- Build positive customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction levels.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
- Knowledge of Kannada and Hindi will be an added advantage.
- Basic computer skills and CRM knowledge preferred.
- Positive attitude, patience, and a customer-centric approach.
- Prior experience in customer service, tele-calling, or client support is preferred but not mandatory.
Work Schedule
- Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
- Working Days: Monday to - - - Saturday (6 Days a Week)
- Weekly Off: Sunday
