Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to handle customer inquiries, service requests, and complaint resolution. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to provide timely support while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Respond to customer queries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Register and update customer complaints and service requests in the CRM/Zoho Desk.
Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely issue resolution.
Follow up with customers regarding service status and feedback.
Maintain accurate customer records and update call logs.
Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department when required.
Ensure all customer interactions are documented properly.
Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and professionalism.
Meet daily productivity and quality targets.
Required Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good interpersonal and customer handling skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM/Zoho Desk preferred).
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Strong problem-solving and time-management skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
