💼 Job Type: Full-Time & Part-Time

⏱️ Shift: Rotational

📅 Working Days: 6 Days | 1 Rotational Week Off

💼 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Handle customer queries through Voice & Chat Support

Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions

Maintain professional communication with customers

Escalate complex issues to the concerned team

Update and maintain customer records

Follow company guidelines and meet performance targets

👤 ELIGIBILITY

Minimum 12th Pass

Freshers & experienced candidates can apply

Good English communication skills

Basic computer knowledge

Customer-service-oriented attitude

Comfortable working in rotational shifts

💰 SALARY

Full-Time: Up to ₹20,000 CTC

Salary may vary based on experience, communication skills and process.
