Position: Customer Support Executive – Premium Process
Job Location: Salt Lake, Sector 5, Kolkata
Salary: Up to ₹20,000 In-Hand per month
Shift: • Rotational Shifts
• Full-Time Position
Eligibility: • Minimum 12th Pass
• Only Experienced Candidates are eligible
• Age: 18–35 years
• Good communication skills in English (Verbal & Written)
Key Responsibilities: • Handle customer queries professionally through appropriate communication channels.
• Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customers.
• Maintain a positive and professional customer experience.
• Resolve customer concerns within defined process guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Meet quality and productivity targets.
Required Skills: • Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Good customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts.
• Positive attitude and professional approach.
• Prior customer support/BPO experience
