We are hiring 100–150 Customer Support Executives for a Blended Process (Voice + Chat).

🚀 Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply!

Shift Details

• 🌙 Night Shift / Rotational Shifts (24×7 Process)

• ⏰ Any 9-hour shift

• 🔄 Candidates should be comfortable working in night and rotational shifts

• 📅 Shift timings will be assigned as per business requirements

💰 Salary Package

₹13,000 – ₹15,000 CTC per month

💡 Final salary will be offered based on:

• Previous experience

• Communication skills

• Interview performance

✅ Eligibility Criteria

• 🎓 Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate

• 👩‍💼 Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply

• 🎂 Age: 18–35 Years

• 🗣️ Good communication skills in English & Hindi

• 💻 Basic computer knowledge is required

• 🌙 Comfortable with night shifts and rotational shifts

• ⚡ Immediate joiners preferred

• 📞 Handle customer interactions through Voice calls and Chat

• 💬 Respond to customer queries professionally and efficiently

• 🔍 Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions

• 📝 Provide accurate information and maintain proper records

• 🤝 Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction

• ⏱️ Handle queries within the defined quality and productivity standards
