Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
Address customer queries related to products, services, and processes
Provide accurate information and timely resolutions
Maintain proper records of customer interactions
Escalate issues when required, following internal protocols
Ensure customer satisfaction while meeting quality standards
Education: Graduation mandatory (any stream)
Experience: Minimum 6 months in customer support or related role
Skills Required:
Good verbal communication skills
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to understand customer concerns and respond effectively
Willingness to work in a rotational environment
Shift: Rotational Day Shifts
Weekly Off: Sunday Fixed Off
