Job Summary

We are seeking a customer-focused Customer Support Executive to assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media.
Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Escalate complex issues to the relevant teams when necessary.
Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction.
