Job Title: Customer Support Executive
Location: Bangalore
Job Type: Full-time | Night Shift
Languages Required: Excellent English (mandatory) & Hindi
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience)
Experience: Freshers or Experienced candidates can apply
Qualification: PUC / Any Degree
Job Description:
We are hiring confident and energetic individuals for the role of International Customer Support Executive. The candidate will be responsible for assisting international clients, resolving their queries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound calls with international customers.
• Communicate fluently and confidently in English and Hindi.
• Provide accurate information and effective solutions.
• Maintain professionalism and empathy in every interaction.
• Meet performance targets and maintain service quality.
Requirements:
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Fluency in Hindi preferred.
• Willingness to work in night shifts.
• Basic computer knowledge and good typing speed.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
