Job Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Customer Care Executives. This role involves handling customer interactions, resolving queries, providing information about products and services, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.

Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information.

Resolve customer concerns and complaints effectively.

Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate assistance.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and updates.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through quality service.

Follow company policies, processes, and communication guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass.

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Age: 18 to 30 years.

Language Requirements

English (Mandatory)

Hindi (Mandatory)

Required Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong customer handling abilities.

Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel proficiency.

Good listening and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Preferred Profile

Experience in Customer Service, BPO, Voice Process, Customer Support, or related roles.

Strong verbal communication and customer engagement skills.

Ability to handle customer concerns professionally.
