Job Overview

Krazybee Services Private Limited is hiring Tele Collections Executives to manage overdue Personal Loan and Business Loan accounts. The ideal candidate should have experience in tele collections or the BFSI industry, strong communication skills, and the ability to achieve collection targets while providing a professional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls for overdue Personal Loan and Business Loan customers.

• Follow up with customers for pending EMI payments and ensure timely collections.

• Negotiate repayment plans and resolve payment-related concerns professionally.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment commitments in CRM systems.

• Coordinate with field collection teams and backend operations for faster account resolution.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, collection guidelines, and quality standards.

• Handle customer queries, escalations, and disputes with empathy and professionalism.

• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.

Eligibility Criteria

• Experience: 1–5 years in Tele Collections, Collections, or Customer Service (NBFC/BFSI preferred).

• Education: 12th Pass or Graduate in any discipline.

• Age: 18–30 years.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.

• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.

Language Requirements

Candidates should be proficient in English along with any one of the following:

• English + Hindi

• English + Telugu

• English + Kannada (Sales experience preferred)
