🚨 Urgent Hiring – BPO Telecaller / Customer Support Executive

Shift: Fixed Day Shift

💰 Salary: ₹18,000 - 25,000 per month
🎁 Attendance Bonus: ₹1,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers and handle inbound queries efficiently.

• Answer customer calls and resolve queries related to banking services and products.

• Provide accurate and timely information while maintaining high service quality.

• Build positive customer relationships through clear communication in English and regional languages.

• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the system.

• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department.

• Meet daily and weekly performance metrics such as call handling time, resolution rate, and quality standards.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and regulatory requirements.
  
  Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: 10th Pass and above (any discipline).

  • Freshers or candidates with 6 months – 3 years of experience in Customer Service, BPO, or Telecalling.

  • Languages: Excellent communication skills in Hindi & Marathi.

  • Basic computer knowledge and good typing skills.

  • Strong interpersonal communication and problem-solving abilities.
