Customer Support Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Support Executives to join our team. This role is ideal for freshers looking to build a career in customer service. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions, resolving queries, and ensuring a positive customer experience through effective communication and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and courteously.

• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and effective manner.

• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.

• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.

• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through quality service and support.

• Follow communication standards, operational procedures, and company guidelines.

• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in any one of the following language combinations:

  • Hindi & Telugu

  • Telugu & Kannada

  • Kannada & Hindi

• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.

• Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.

• Ability to handle customers with patience, empathy, and professionalism.

• Quick learning ability and adaptability to new processes and systems.
