Job Description: Customer Support Executive

We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-oriented Customer Support Executives to join our team. This opportunity is ideal for freshers who are fluent in regional languages and looking to start their career in customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner

• Resolve customer queries, concerns, and complaints effectively

• Provide accurate information about products and services

• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

• Adhere to company policies and communication guidelines

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Hindi + Telugu

• Telugu + Kannada

• Kannada + Hindi

• Strong communication and listening skills

• Basic computer proficiency

• Ability to handle customers with patience and empathy

• Quick learner with adaptability

• Working Timing : 11 am to 9 pm

Eligibility:

• Freshers are welcome

• Graduates and undergraduates can apply

• Only Female
