### 1. Customer Service Associate – Lead Conversion

Process: Skin Care / Cosmetology

Openings: 40+

Work Mode: Work from Office

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to skin care and cosmetology services.

• Understand customer requirements and explain services accurately.

• Convert potential leads into walk-in enquiries and drive lead closure.

• Follow up with prospective customers to improve conversion.

• Maintain call records, CRM updates, and customer documentation.

• Handle customer queries and objections professionally.

• Achieve assigned sales, conversion, productivity, and quality targets.

### 2. Customer Service Representative – Traya Voice Process

Process: Inbound & Outbound Voice Customer Support

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.

• Understand customer concerns and provide accurate information and resolutions.

• Maintain proper call records and update customer information in CRM.

• Handle customer objections and concerns effectively.

• Follow quality, compliance, and process guidelines.

• Ensure a positive customer experience.

• Achieve daily productivity, quality, and performance KPIs.

## 🎓 Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate freshers can apply for the Traya Voice Process.

• Non-graduates with a minimum of 1 year of customer service experience can also apply for the Traya Voice Process.

For the Lead Conversion – Skin Care/Cosmetology Process, minimum ••6 months of experience• is preferred/required for experienced candidates.

• Sales experience is mandatory for the Lead Conversion process, OR candidates with a cosmetology/skin-care background may apply.

• Candidates must have strong verbal communication skills.

• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills are required.

• Candidates should be comfortable working from office.

Candidates pursuing regular classes are not eligible•.

• Immediate joiners are preferred/required.

Mandatory:

• Hindi + English

• Plus any one regional language:

• Kannada

• Tamil

• Telugu

### Lead Conversion – Skin Care / Cosmetology

Candidates should be proficient in any one of the following regional languages:
