Job Overview

We are hiring Virtual Relationship Managers (VRMs) to manage customer relationships through digital and telephonic channels. The role involves understanding customers' financial requirements, providing appropriate banking solutions, promoting relevant products, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.

This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates and candidates with up to 3 years of experience to build a career in banking sales and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement

• Connect with assigned customers through inbound and outbound calls.

• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable banking solutions.

• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

• Resolve customer queries and complaints within defined timelines.

• Promote digital banking services and enhance customer convenience.

• Maintain accurate customer interaction records in CRM systems.

• Ensure customer retention and minimize customer attrition.

Sales & Portfolio Management

• Achieve assigned sales and portfolio targets.

• Cross-sell and up-sell banking products such as TPP, Assets, Cards, Loans, and other financial products.

• Identify sales opportunities by profiling customers.

• Ensure customer eligibility and required documentation before offering products.

• Process customer requests and transactions accurately.

• Monitor customer accounts and identify opportunities for additional product sales.

Process & Compliance

• Follow all banking policies, regulatory requirements, and internal guidelines.

• Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions and transactions.

• Ensure timely updates in CRM and reporting systems.

• Follow defined quality and compliance standards.

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: Graduate in any stream

• Education: 10+2+3

• Experience: 0–3 years

• Freshers: Candidates with 0–1 year of experience can apply

• Age: 18–30 years

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong customer-handling skills

• Basic knowledge of banking and financial products

• Sales and persuasion skills

• Customer-focused approach

• Basic computer and CRM knowledge

• Ability to identify customer needs and recommend suitable products

• Good relationship-building and problem-solving abilities

• Telesales/customer service experience will be an added advantage

Language Requirements

English – Mandatory

Candidate should be proficient in any one of the following regional languages:

• Hindi

• Tamil

• Kannada

• Malayalam

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in:

• Telesales

• Banking Sales

• Telecalling

• BFSI/Financial Services

will be preferred.
