1. Lead Generation
Conduct outbound calls to identify and connect with potential customers.
Introduce company products/services and create initial customer interest.
Generate qualified leads through cold calling activities.
2. Data Calling & Management
Work on assigned databases and call lists efficiently.
Maintain and update customer details in the CRM system accurately.
Verify customer information including contact details, requirements, and preferences to ensure data accuracy.
3. Pre-Sales Support
Qualify leads based on parameters such as Budget, Authority, Need, and Timeline (BANT).
Address initial customer queries and handle objections professionally.
Share qualified leads with the sales team for further closure and smooth handover
12th Pass with minimum 6 months of experience, OR
Graduates (Any Stream) – Freshers can apply.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Positive attitude with strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
Target-driven mindset with ability to handle rejection.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools
