Virtual Relationship Manager (VRM) – Banking Sales (Freshers)
A Virtual Relationship Manager (VRM) builds and maintains customer relationships through digital channels while promoting the bank’s products and services to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with assigned customers regularly and provide a good digital banking experience.
Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable bank products.
Handle customer calls, resolve queries, and record interactions in the CRM system.
Promote digital banking services and manage customer complaints.
Build long-term relationships and support customer retention.
Achieve sales targets through cross-selling and up-selling products (TPP, Assets, Cards, etc.).
Follow all banking policies, compliance rules, and ensure proper documentation.
Eligibility:
Graduate (any stream).
Freshers can apply (0–1 year experience preferred).
Key Skills:
Basic knowledge of banking products.
Good communication skills.
Customer service and sales skills.
Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
Ability to build and manage customer relationships.
