Position : Customer Care Executive – Voice & Sales Process

Job Overview

Cogent E-Services Limited is hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals for Voice and Sales processes. The selected candidates will be responsible for handling customer queries, resolving issues, providing product/service information, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum qualification: 12th Pass

Age: 18 to 30 years

Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi

Strong customer-handling and problem-solving skills

Prior experience in Customer Service or Sales is preferred but not mandatory

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.

Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.

Provide accurate information about products and services.

Identify customer needs and generate sales opportunities.

Convert leads and achieve assigned sales targets.

Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Record customer interactions and follow the defined process guidelines.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹23,000 per month

Shift Details

Male Candidates: 24×7 rotational shifts

Female Candidates: 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM, any 9-hour shift
