Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound telesales calls to potential customers.
Explain TATA AIA insurance products clearly and persuasively.
Build trust and rapport with customers to drive sales conversion.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, leads, and sales.
Handle customer queries effectively and maintain records in the CRM.
Work closely with the telesales team to meet collective goals.
Ensure compliance with company and insurance process standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Immediate joiners only.
Minimum qualification: 12th pass (graduates preferred).
Good command of English and at least one regional language.
Strong communication & persuasion skills.
Ability to handle rejections positively and stay motivated.
Prior telesales/insurance/BPO voice process experience is a plus.
