Job Title: Customer Support Executive (Zomato / Pureit / Rapido Process)
Job Description:
We are hiring Customer Support Executives for voice processes for Zomato, Pureit, and Rapido. Candidates should be comfortable handling customer queries and providing timely resolutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
Resolve customer queries and complaints effectively
Provide accurate information about services/products
Maintain professional communication with customers
Ensure customer satisfaction and quality service
Eligibility Criteria:
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
Manageable English communication is acceptable
Knowledge of any one language: Kannada / Tamil / Hindi is mandatory
Versant Level 2 or 3 required
Salary: ₹11,770 – ₹14,000 per month
Interview Process:
Only 2 rounds of interview
