Job Overview
We are hiring Customer Support Executives for an EV (Electric Vehicle) Voice Process. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, prior experience in customer support, and the ability to handle customer queries professionally.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer calls and provide prompt resolutions.
Address customer queries, complaints, and service requests effectively.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional communication.
Accurately document customer interactions in the system.
Follow company processes and quality standards while handling calls.
Coordinate with internal teams whenever required for issue resolution.
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 6 months of experience as a Customer Support Associate (CSA) is mandatory.
Graduation is mandatory.
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, along with Marathi or Gujarati.
Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
