Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to prospective students.
• Provide detailed and accurate information about available courses and programs.
• Understand student requirements and answer their queries professionally.
• Guide interested students regarding career counselling sessions at the institute.
• Conduct timely follow-ups with interested candidates.
• Maintain regular communication with prospective students and assist them throughout the enquiry process.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, enquiries, and follow-ups in the system.
• Update customer/student information as required.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth handling of student enquiries.
• Follow company processes, quality standards, and communication guidelines.
• Maintain a professional and courteous approach during all customer interactions.
Eligibility & Skills
• Graduate/Undergraduate candidates can apply.
• 12th pass candidates with results in hand can also apply.
• Prior experience in Tele Calling, Tele Counselling, Customer Support, or a similar voice process is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Good listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to handle customer/student queries professionally.
• Willingness to learn and work in a customer-focused environment.
