JOB DESCRIPTION – CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE in Branch Banking

Position: Customer Service Executive – Branch Banking

Key Responsibilities

Handle walk-in customers and provide excellent customer service at the branch.

Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate banking products and services.

Assist customers with account opening, KYC, deposits, withdrawals, service requests and other branch transactions.

Generate new customer relationships through references, local market activities and customer interactions.

Identify customer needs and generate cross-selling opportunities for CASA, FD, Insurance, Mutual Funds, Loans, Credit Cards and other banking products.

Maintain and deepen relationships with existing customers to improve customer retention and business.

Support the branch in achieving business, sales and customer service targets.

Follow all KYC, AML, compliance and bank policies while servicing customers.

Coordinate with internal departments for timely resolution of customer queries and service requests.

Maintain accurate customer records and ensure high-quality service delivery.

Candidate Profile

Qualification: Graduate in any discipline.

Experience: Freshers and candidates with relevant banking/customer-service experience can apply.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Customer-oriented with a positive and professional attitude.

Good convincing, relationship-building and sales skills.

Basic knowledge of banking products and financial services preferred.

Comfortable working with sales targets and cross-selling.
