Role Overview:

- Process: Life Insurance Premium Process

- Location: Silk Board, Bengaluru (On-site)

- Shift: Day Shift (6 days per week, Sundays off)

- Transportation: Not provided

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage outbound calls and resolve customer inquiries regarding life insurance reminders.

- Persuade customers to maintain and continue their life insurance policies.

- Ensure the success of policy-related service calls with professional communication.

Requirements:

- Education: PUC, Graduate, or Postgraduate.

- Experience: 0–1 year.

- Languages: Proficiency in English and Hindi is mandatory.

- Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach.

Interview Process:

The selection involves two face-to-face rounds:

1. Operational Round
