📍 Location: Marathahalli (Work from Office)
🕒 Shift: Day Shift (No Night Shifts)
📅 Working Days: 6 days/week (Sunday fixed off)
💼 Job Type: Full-time, On-site
💰 Salary (CTC): Up to ₹23000 per month Plus performance-based incentives (based on skills & experience)
🚖 Cab Facility: Not provided

·       Handle inbound & outbound calls with professionalism.

·       Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information

·       Generate Leads

·       Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.

·     Work towards achieving team and individual targets.

✅ Requirements:

    Education: Any Graduate / Any Postgraduate
  Experience: 0 – 2 years (Freshers welcome!)   

Languages: Excellent English & Hindi communication (mandatory)

·       Skills:

o   Excellent Communication Skills

o   Strong interpersonal & listening skills

o   Customer-first approach with patience & professionalism

o   Willingness to learn & grow

·       Prior experience in outbound calling, customer service, or sales (preferred, not mandatory)

·       Freshers with excellent communication & eagerness to build a career in customer support.
