Job Title: Multilingual Customer Support Executive

Key Responsibilities
Customer Interaction
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, chats, and tickets
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries in multiple languages
• Ensure professional, polite, and empathetic communication at all times
• Follow call flow, scripts, and company guidelines
Issue Resolution
• Understand customer issues and provide timely resolutions
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the concerned team
• Maintain first-call resolution and customer satisfaction scores
• Document interactions clearly in CRM systems
Coordination & Reporting
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up details
• Share feedback and recurring issues with supervisors for improvement
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education
• Any graduate / Undergraduate (based on role requirement)
Language Skills
• Fluency in English + one or more languages such as:
o Tamil / Telugu / Kannada / Malayalam
• Ability to read, write, and speak fluently in required languages
Technical & Soft Skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Customer-centric attitude and problem-solving ability
• Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Office, ticketing tools)
• Ability to work in shifts and fast-paced environments
Experience
• Fresher / 1–5 years of experience in customer support or BPO
• Multilingual or international process experience preferred
