Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to international customers, primarily Australian clients.
Communicate effectively with customers and actively understand their requirements.
Provide appropriate assistance and maintain a smooth and positive customer experience.
Maintain high call quality and consistently achieve daily and weekly targets.
Handle customer interactions professionally while maintaining a positive and helpful attitude.
Coordinate effectively with team members and contribute to overall team performance.
Requirements
Minimum 3 months of experience in International Outbound Calling.
Experience in Appointment setting or lead generation will be an added advantage.
Excellent communication and active listening skills.
Positive attitude with a strong customer-oriented approach.
Ability to work effectively as a team player.
Willingness to work in early morning shifts aligned with Australian working hours.
